These terms cover the website only. Use of the Gatherset product is governed by a separate written agreement between Gatherset AI and the customer. Nothing here modifies that agreement.

When you submit the discovery-call form, you’re asking us to get in touch about Gatherset. We use the details you provide for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don’t submit confidential information or anyone else’s personal information through the form.

Submitting the form doesn’t create a contract, and it doesn’t oblige either of us to enter into one.

The content on this site, including text, design, graphics and the Gatherset name and logo, belongs to Gatherset AI or is used with permission. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, republish, or use our branding without our written permission.

Third-party names and logos shown on this site (for example, integrations and customers) remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here identifies a product or relationship and does not imply endorsement by them of Gatherset.

5. Accuracy and forward-looking statements

We work to keep the site accurate, but it’s marketing material and product capabilities change. Features described as “coming soon” are planned, not available, and we don’t commit to any timeline for them. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a specification, or a commitment to deliver a particular feature.
